As a condition of participation, all customers participating in Northland’s Refer-A-Friend Program must read and agree to the rules of the Program. At any time and without notice, Northland reserves the right to modify the Program rules, terms and conditions, to suspend participation from any customer whose actions are deemed to be in violation of the Program, to change the Program, or to completely cancel the Program. Other restrictions may apply.

Only residential customers, in good standing, that subscribe to either a Double or Triple Play are eligible and will receive a $50 service credit for each referral that results in the successful installation of a new Double or Triple Play. A customer in good standing is defined as having no current past due balance or customer agreement violation warnings (i.e. BitTorrent notifications). Maximum of one $50 credit per month per referring account can be applied, not to exceed $300 per year (6 per calendar year). If an account refers six customers, credits will be applied once per month, to a maximum of 6 months.

New customer will receive a $50.00 credit. New customer must continue service for at least 90 consecutive days following activation; credits for both customers will be applied after the 90-day period. Credits may not be transferred or redeemed for cash. If multiple referrals for the same customer are received, only 1 credit will be provided for the referral first received by Northland Communications.

Referrals of former Digital Cable, High-Speed Internet, and/or Home Phone who have been disconnected within the last six months or for delinquency or violation of Northland policies will not be accepted.

Northland reserves the right to modify these Program rules, terms and conditions, to suspend participation from any customer whose actions are deemed to be abusive in violation of the Program, to change the Program offer, or to completely cancel this Program.
